Family Law Service Pricing

This covers the process of applying for a divorce. As all cases follow the same initial steps, this will apply regardless of the division of assets.

It includes:

  • Submitting the initial application online;
  • Progressing through the second and third stages of the process.

Please Note: It does not cover personally serving the application after submission or applying for deemed service.

This service would be for low to mid-net-worth cases where the parties have already reached an agreement. Our role includes:

  • Drafting the Consent Order;
  • Completing the D81 form;
  • Submitting the application online.

For more complex cases involving a high net worth, our standard hourly rates of £315 + £63 VAT (20%) will therefore apply.

This includes:

  • Completion of the C100 and/or C1A application forms;
  • Preparation of the court bundle;
  • Representation at the initial hearing.

Any work required beyond the initial hearing will be charged at standard hourly rates of £315 + £63 VAT (20%).

For straightforward agreements that do not require financial disclosure, we provide this service at our fixed fee.
 
If financial disclosure needs to be exchanged or reviewed, standard hourly rates of £315 + £63 VAT (20%) will therefore apply.

Our fees include:

  • Preparation and completion of your application and supporting statement;
  • Compiling information for the required court bundle;
  • Representation at the ex parte hearing.

Please note: If an on-notice hearing becomes necessary, additional charges will apply for attendance at that hearing.

Note: All VAT is 20% of the fee given.
